LOGS for sale from log home

I have a 5000 square foot log home and I was wondering if there was anyone out there that would buy the logs or give us a rough estimate of how much it would be to fix? It has been sitting for 7 years or so and has no stain or chink. The logs look good from what we can see. If anyone is interested in the logs let me know.

Log home

It will cost us a fortune to fix it, it is 5000 square foot and there is a little rot. We are in Roscommon.

Pictures would be helpful. You'd be surprised at the capable support group here. Might not be as bad as you think.

Is the home assembled?

If so, are you wanting to sell entire home AND property?

If NOT assembled, are they milled to a specific floorplan?

Logs

The home is assembled and we would sell the property to go with it. It has 20 acres and a 2400 sqft garage with living quarters above it, which need to be completed. We were going to sell the house individually or piece by piece to someone, but if someone wants the whole prperty then that is ok too. The house is set to the floor plan that is there, it is a very nice floor plan with a huge master suite and bathroom upstairs.

I think you're going to have to post some photos if you want anyone to seriously consider this.
